Every engagement starts with a paid assessment that sets the scope, so the build can be quoted at a fixed price. After go-live, a monthly retainer keeps the Pulse accurate and growing.
Step 1 · 2–3 weeks
Pulse Assessment
$7,500–$15,000. Half of the fee is credited toward a build signed within 60 days.
We interview 6–10 people across leadership, sales, finance, operations and service, inventory every system, sample 90 days of data and walk one real order from lead to cash.

- A current-state business flow diagram and system-of-record map

Step 3 · 12-month term
Managed Pulse retainer
We watch every integration and control, fix failures before you notice, and bring one improvement to each review.
